The program is dedicated to ensuring that primary healthcare facilities are available and accessible to the community 24/7.
Strengthening Patient Referral System
The program places a strong emphasis on strengthening the patient referral system by adding a fleet of more than 150 ambulances to the existing ambulatory system of the Health Department.

Using Microfinancing to Improve Nutritional Status of Women
Through microfinancing, the program will provide women with the capital needed to start income-generating activities. This includes small-scale agriculture, livestock rearing, or home-based businesses.
